There is a small diaphram on the end of the fuel pipe on my JDM B16 SiR engine that is part of the nut which fastens the fuel supply hose to the fuel pipe. The parts book lists it as a "Damper Assembly,Pulsation". Apparently, it dampens the pressure pulsations from the fuel pump.
When I removed the plastic cover, there was a small screw laying loose inside that had fallen out of the center of the diaphram case. This screw seems to be an adjustment screw, as when turned in it opens a valve(?) in the assemble.
The question I have is how to set this adjustment screw, if that is in fact what it is?

I know this is a old thread but I gotta wipe the dust off of it. I hate searching, only to find something pertaining to what im looking for and run into a dead unanswered thread, question. So does anyone know what the answer should be to the original question?
