What is this?

I've done plenty of B-series swaps, but this is my first H22/Accord swap. I've never seen this before. Does anyone know what this is?

I think its some sort of relay. I remember dealing with mine wanting to get rid of it, but you need it. Can't remember exactly what it was.

how about these two lines that the arrow points to? not sure about these either. the lines are cut off just below the picture line.

thats just lines looped together keep them like that, thats what i done on my h swap also
