(btw, i royally fucked up my sawzall doing this, lol. it now clicks and shoots grease out the vents when you poull the trigger)

How did the GC tophats work out for you? I need to order my front Illumina's here sometime soon. :(
 
all the pics are working now :shrug2:

the top hats are great. im not really sure what you mean by how they worked out for me though. i havent installed them yet. but the construction is top notch and they are more astecically pleasing then the stock ones if that counts for anything too :).

im heading to the machine shop right now to get the rest of my bushings pressed out. i did the first control arm with the sawzall, a hacksaw and a torch but it was just too much of a pain.

I am thinking about upgrading to a pair of them.
 
they are supposed to improve handling and ride quality, so we shall see :) but i just went all out and got all four too.
 
now that i can see the pics, looks good! messy, but good! :)

EDIT:
to clarify, your garage and the inside of the rex is messy, clean that shit yo! :)
