OH, thought I would throw this in the mix...

I was shopping for a honda and found a fairly decent black 92-95 civic coupe. Had a few more door dings than you would expect to find, and the seat was worn pretty bad, but other than that, no major damage anywere. The dealer tossed me the keys, and I started it up. Sounded good. I looked down at the odometer.

465k. No kidding 465,000 miles on that biatch. I was impressed. No wonder the price was so stinkin low.

the civics odom reads 80,XXX which i know is no where near correct

and the motor prolly has 40-60k on it

I've had it for a little over 2 years now. I put a couple of long-ish road trips on it, so that accounts for the high mileage. I've toned down the number of miles I put on it these days.
