What shocks for the Audi?

So I got a little money.

I could use some new shocks for the Audi and I found some good deals on

Bilsteins, $324 plus shipping for a full set
$510 for a set of Koni yellows
~$700 for a Tein Coilovers
or ~$325 for KYBs

I can mix and match and make it a little cheaper, but I'm trying to stick with the same all around.

I just ordered a set of KYB AGXs.. I did alot of research, and those seemed to be the best deal. Price and quality considered. Read alot of good reviews all over the place for 'em.

Although I'd like to have koni/neuspeed yellows they just cost too damned much.

I had konis on my old 944. They were nice and the cheapest best shock I could find for it, they were almost 300 a piece but they defenitly made a nice difference. It was a little better then the bilsteins that were stock, but then again they had 120k miles on them.

I had KYB's on my old saturn and hated them, but on every other car they seemed alright. I've never had coilovers, but 700 bucks for a basic kit, I might as well save and get an upgraded set.


I'm really stuck between the bilsteins and konis.

Bilsteins in a heart beat. My buddy has a set on his 00 GTI, and it rides oohhh soooo smooth with awesome response.
