What weight oil do I use in my Type R tranny?

    Hello. I have a 1997 Type R motor in my Civic. I was wondering what gear oil weight should I use in my manual tranny? I don't have a repair manual so I'm clueless.

    10w30, but its recommended to use Honda MTF(which im guessing is also 10w30)

    honda MTF or pennzoil synchromesh (GM syncromesh).
