what would be better

I have a obd1 h22 in my accord. Do you think it would be better to use a chipped p13 ecu or a vtec controller. Or both, performance wise.

I already have a vtec controller (just not hooked up yet). Was wondering if both would be better or just the controller. If you had to work with these, would you get both or just one and why?

what else do you have done to the car?

if you're just i/h/e, i wouldn't bother with either.

JDM h22a engine, DC Sports headers, Tanabe (sp?) DTM full ceramic exhaust, AEM cold air intake w/ bypass, AEM pulleys, AEM fuel rail, spark plugs and wires and whatever else I can't remember
