I alos listen to Trypnotic, a local band from Illinois I picked their Self Released, self published Album up at a Concert in St. Louis.

In my CD player = Trypnotic - Trypnotized, The Exies, 40 Below Summer (Invitation To the Dance and The Mourning After), Flaw - Through The Eyes, Three Days Grace, Pacifier - Pacifier, Finch - What it is to Burn, A Perfect Circle - Thirteenth Step - Mer De Noms (Sea of Names), Taproot - Gift - Welcome - Something More Than Nothing - Upon Us, Chevelle - Point 31 - Wonder Whats Next, Godsmack - Faceless - Godsmack - Awake... Thats about it.

I can't explain Threebrain, go to http://www.threebrain.com to hear some of it. :) They're pretty much my favorite band at the moment.

The Minibosses do great remakes of old videogame music... Not crappy stuff either... Awesome solos, added lyrics, etc. I can't find a link to their rendition of Punch out, but here's Megaman 2.

GroupX are the guys that made the 'bang bang bang' song in that flash movie, the 'Mario Twins' song in the flash that was linked here recently, etc. Very funny stuff... It's pretty much agreed upon that the two guys in the 'band' are Trey Parker and Matt Stone from South Park.

And Flailing Kitten is... Flailing Kitten. :) If MP3.com weren't gone I'd link you. :)
