whats the ECU looking thing in the trunk?

What is the ECU looking box in the trunk of my 94 civic automatic 4drs?
its in the passenger side and behind the trunk lining.
i was told that it might be a computer for the automatic traany.
and i was thinking that might be the reason why my LS swapped civic is not switching gear(its automatic). but just wanna make sure that is it and/or if that exists.

its the abs computer. its got orange wire loom on it, right?

it's completely independant from the ECU of the motor.

Do you have an automatic ecu from the LS?
