Whats the name of this part ?

When you lift up the hood on a 96 thru 00 Honda Civic, Its the piece that the radiator and both head lights are screwed to. The hood latch also sticks up threw it and its spot welded about 8 times on top and a few times beneath by the bottom of the radiator, It runs horizontial from fender to fender and vertical down the right of a stock radiator.

I am an idiot but I dont want to sound like one when calling around trying to find this part.

"Yea, im looking for a Uhhh...You know the thing... on a...Uhhh, 97 civic that the headlights attach to?"

its under body > front bulkhead > part #10, but the xml crap isnt working for me (maybe it will for you) so i cant tell you the part number, but google will help you now i hope
