whats wrong with my hatch???

    iam trying to get my swap running right....
    its a obd1 ls motor into a std civic...

    my problem is at about half throttle it cutts back like its starving for fuel...alsoif i try to throw it right into wot it also acts like its starving for fuel...

    ive got the right fuel pressure...

    the only codes iam getting are o2 and evac (because i unpluged them)
    and acording to honda these wont cause this problem..

    please any help would be great...and you would be my new hero :worthy: :worthy: :worthy: :worthy:

    1) turn your key to the on position

    2) Get a volt meter

    3) Ground the black wire and then take the positive wire and poke the middle wire of your TPS (throttle position sensor).

    4) Your reading closed should be .33 - .46 closed

    5) If your Tps is reading like 1.34 or something when its closed the wires are reversed on the tps sensor.

    6) If wires are reversed cut the outside wires on the tps and switch them

    7) Recheck to see if your within spec

    8) If you get 0.0 from the middle wire then you have your TPS and MAP sensors plugged in backwards. Just swap the plugs to the other sensor.
