when will the car finish "run/break in" period?

I have my db8 engine rebuilt, modify type R buttfly ,cam, ek4 piston,
I felt the car not having the power it should have(just finished 700km)
when will the car finish "run/break in" period?

I started railing on my car after about 200 miles. Even at zero miles it should make power. I'd check your tune and compression.
