when you check the compression. do you need to....

u only have to let it turn over 4 times.... it is a 4 stroke engine!

tardcart...
2 rotations = 4 strokes...
intake, compression, combustion, exhaust...
down, up, 1 rotation, down, up, 2nd rotation...

just let it spin till the gauge won;t go up anymore

i learned the way that revolution did; just unplug wire and plugs and just let it crank over. i just did compression test last week and the throttle was not open but i still got like 210 on each cylinder.
