buy a 1992 through 1995 civic hatcback
buy a wrecked 1994 or 1995 Acura Integra LS
take the engine, transmission, axles, brakes, wheels, ecu out of the integra and put it in your civic.
if you don't know how, which it is fairly simply if you have the right stuff, have someone do this for you.
buy a T3 turbo from a reputible dealer or get a junkyard one from a SVO ford or a 1984-1988 nissan 300zx or 240zx.
also buy; wastegate set at 8psi, dsm bov, chargepiping, 6"x 24" x 3" intercooler, couplings, and a b-series t3 exhaust manifold.
have someone put that all in for you.
get someone to tune your car with 'chrome' or similar grassroots tuning program.
go to an exhaust shop and have them put on something that flows better than your stock exhaust.
it'll be fast, that is the setup you want anyone that says anything otherwise is wrong. you can trust me
