Where to get turbo?

Ok well im getting closer and closer to my due date of my car and I want to get the turbo before I buy ANYTHING else. So I might as well buy a new turbo so where should I buy one? I heard mixed emotions about westcoastturbo. I prefer it not to be used.Has to have a T3 flange. Was thinking a .42/.48 but I want soemthing a little more I think.

while i've never used it, i think this is a bad-as turbo for d-series.

nice and small for quick spool , but a lot of head way on the compressor side for sick power.
