I got a tip on a kid one time who was in kansas.. 10 hour drive. He was cuffed and shackled in my car 9 hours later. and it took me 2 hours to find him once I got there.
No joke, the kid was picking up a couple of things at the store so he could skip town. Had I driven the speed limit, I'd have missed him completely. (like I had on the same kid twice before) He stayed one step ahead of me for 2 years.
