Which ECU for H22 automatic???

A friend and me put an H22 into his Accord SE and mated it to his stock automatic tranny. Now we have a problem. We don't know which ECU to use.

Do they make automatic preludes? If so, I'm sorry for the stupid question, but I've never seen one.

The accord has a separate box to control the automatic tranny..... My friend had this same problem. He used a mugen spec P28.
