Which ecu OBDO can you chip?

I just recently bought a 1990 Honda accord ex. I am looking into putting a JDM F22b DOHC engine in to replace the original F22a4 engine, which is burning a ton of oil. I've read you can run this engine off of my existing stock ecu, but will not get the full potential out of the engine. Is there an OBD0 ecu I can chip to get the full potential out of the engine, and if not is there a conversion harness to convert to OBD1? Thanks.

Is the swap you're purchasing not coming with an ECU?

No just purchasing a complete engine only. And if I got the ECU with the swap it wouldn't work unless I converted it, because the ECU is OBD1.

I'd consider converting it to OBD1 anyway. You'll have more tuning options...
