Which grade of gas for jdm b16a2?

I'm considering the swap, but have heard different things about gas. Some ppl say you can use 86, some say mid, others say premium. What's the truth!

No its VTEC, you have to use 91. Trust me. Use it and drive it around, and then later on add some octane booster, you'll feel the difference. Octane matters a lot with VTEC.

LoL, damn i wanted to make a joke about year of octane, but yes 91 octane is good.

on the JDM motors honda calls for a higher octane because they have it in Japan, i think the JDM H22 calls for like 97 octane, so the B16 would be best to use 91, its the closest we got.
