Which Helms Manual to Buy

I am building a first gen B16 and I was wondering which Helms to buy. Can I just buy one for any car with a B16 or is there one that's better suited to the first gens. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

for which car? if its pre 92, might want to get a 92 acura gsr manual? as it covers the cable tranny and the b17a is almost identical to the b16a (besides stroke and rod length). or 93-95 del sol manual which has the b16a with hydro tranny. motors pretty much the same, but you would probably want info on the cable tranny too.
