I see everyone chipping the p28 for their EMS needs. I have an obd1 p75. Is there anything that makes the p28 better than the p75?

alright well that isn't important. I was looking at board spec and speed.

Well if VTEC isn't important....

why does it matter which one is better?

Without VTEC, they're basically the same ECU. (function wise)

Well in the spring I am going to start chipping so I will post my experiences with different ecu's to create a frame of reference.

i've chipped every obd1 ecu you can think of and they all work the same except for the p13's, p08's, and p07's. p07's are pure shit, p08's tend to act a little different than other ecu's sometimes running different afr's and p13's, not too many codes are compatable with them. p05, p06, pr3, pr4, p28, p30, p72, and p75 all react the same to being chipped.
