i have a 94 accord and am tryin to decide which engine to buy. i would like to know which engine is better for the bucks the h22a or the f20b. i've looked all over and it seems harder to find parts for the f20b than it is for the h22a

They're essentially the same thing, but the F20B is de-stroked down to a 2-liter. It's also a JDM-only engine, so yes, parts may be harder to find. I'd probably just go with the H22 personally...

Brutals right about going H series but keeping the one you have isn't a bad option either. All the f series motors were pretty stout. A friend of mine just got rid of his LX accord. Some mild head work and a good tune on his stock engine with a act clutch kit held it's own against the band waggon swap boys around richmond.... that is until he sold it.
