i'm doing a swap to my eg6 hatch, i'm tight on budget and don't know what to get.

options:

B16A SIR2 $900
B18C GSR longblock $1800
B18B LS 700

which should i go, though i really want the gsr, i have only 1000. should i wait? i'm getting my butt kicked at the tracks with an NA D16Z6 that's only running 15 flat at the tracks. any advice would work.

I think if you really want the b18c then just keep saving till you can get it. You should always go for what you want even if it means having to wait a little longer, never settle for second best. The b16 and b18b are both good motors too but the b18c is deffinatly worth the wait in my book. Best of luck to you with your decision.

you could always do an ls/vtec...The b18b will help you for now and then you can pick up a vtec head pretty cheap. But like dreded is saying if you really want something just save for that.
