Which Mounts

What mounts will I need to get to put my B18C5 into my 99 DX. Steve at Hmotorsonline told me, but I don't remember which ones I'm going to need. And what should I expect to pay for these parts?

I got my motor from Steve Hmotoronline too. you need left side mount(on the timming belt) front 99-00 si and you also need rear mount from si too. each cost about $40 t0 $60 from the dealer. I got my for $40 for the left side and about $60 for the rear mount.
