honestly its your own choice either are good brands and various types i have a r&d titainium header from weapon-r and it flows great it also got me 11hp not the 40 most noobs say. history:car was stock b16a da jspec with no mods,put weapon-r header and got 11hp more on dyno(header is a cat delete header) put skunk2 intake and tb and got another 10hp. so choice is all up to you and if any one else knows more then im open to new info
