I am building up a ls block and need to know which piston to go with.
I have been looking at th JE pistons. I would like to get 12:1 or more compression.
The setup will be all ls for now but It will change to ls/vtec so I need to select a piston which will work with both the ls head and then the vtec head. Looking at using the B16 head later. I do not want to wait until I get the b16 head.
I want to get this car on the track A>S>A>P. So your help will be appriciated.
I will be dropping this engine into a 89hb. stripped down for the track only.
I plan on using ls cams designed for track only. If you know of a good set-up
cams plus pistons that i should go with and still push over 12:1 let me know.
also which rods do you guys recommend?
