jsut get a skunk2 shifter and be done with it.

rolelr bearings > any rubber shit you can throw in to "help"
 
If you want a shiftter bushing kit go with the Energy Suspension hands down it feels real tight real nice I dig it. If you want a short shifter that depends who you ask.
 
I used OEM with my cheap ass shifter. Nice and tight, no play in the shifter at all.

My setup: S2 dual bend, ES bushings.

Hopefully I get my bushings so i can put them in over my 3 day weekend.

Roller bearings are shit. Bearings seize.
 
i vote for the oem. the energy bushings make the shifter vibrate too much. a new stock unit will be just fine.

vibrate more than stock? cause mine will vibrate in neutral pretty well right now.
