I have a 91 civic hatchback with out factory sway bars, I cant find any bars that are for cars with out factory bars.. they all say" for cars that already have front bar
any suggestions

I believe Suspension Techniques has a front/rear sway set and include mounting hardware. ASR is releasing a rear kit too IIRC.
You can easily swap in a front bar from a 88-91 CRX(all the trims had front bars, but different sizes). For the front, it's just two mounts, bushings, sway bar, and the endlinks needed. Pretty straight forward bolt-in affair.
