which valve spring set up is better???

which set up would be better for me. i have itr cams and may go to either stage 1 or 2 cams soon.

these are the 2 setups i have

1....type r outers, port flow inners, skunk ti retainers

2.... jg dual valve springs w/ ti retainers

i have both of these already i just cant decide which to go with. please help me out and leave the pros and cons on both of these. thanx
BTW if it makes a difference. its going in a b16a head w/ ls v tec set up.

100% portflow its about the same price as #2. portflow rocks and owns all >D

so the port flow inners should be just fine then. iseen they are pretty resonable. i guess thats the way im going then. thanx SOL
