Which Walbro should I get?

I have a 92 Civic, and there is an 85% chance my fuel pump is bad because when I drive, power cuts of for about 3 seconds every 20 seconds,(feels like I let off the gas for 3 seconds when I didn't) and I already changed fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. What I'm going to do is get a Walbro after I do my B20 swap. The question is which one should I get the Walbro 190lph Fuel Pump, or the Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump. I will be going NA all the way with moderate mods. Also will these pumps make me burn more gas.

you can only burn as much gas as you tell it to flow, thats why theres such thinga as regulators. The higher rate fuel pumps are jus tso you CAN if yo uwanterd to run more fuel pressure.
