White Ass Smoke

Ok So This Is The Story
I Just Swaped A D16z6 With A Y8 Head In To My '90 Crx With New Piston Rings And Main And Rod Bearings.when I Turn The Engine On It Will Run Smooth With No Problem But At The Time Of Accelerating Over 4000 Rpm It Smokes White With A Strong Gas Smell Also While Driving It,it Responds Well To Acceleration But At 4500 Rpm It Stops Pulling As If It Was Limiting But Does Not Reset Rpms
Any Help?? I Dont Know But Im Running '92 Saturated Injectors With A Peak And Hold Set Up Ecu And Resistor Box Maybe Thats It??? Thanks To All The Help

Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure that white smoke is due to a coolant leak . . .

I Doubt It Cause We Have Checked It Already For That Problem,burnt Antifreeze Has A Rather Sweet Smell As It Burns And Smokes Through On Idle As It Does On High Rpms,if It Helps My Plugs Are Carbon Fouled But Not Oil Wet
