Dear Readers,

I am 17 years old and a senior and High School. The purpose of this post is to give me some sort of idea what I might want to be/do after I graduate. If you guys could just answer some easy questions that would be awesome.

I know a lot of these questions might seem silly, but last night I pretty much lost my ability to drive(Got another ticket.....). I woke up this morning and didn't want to go to school. And now I want to drop out and start working. My dad owns his own business, and its a trade business. Its called Paintless Dent Removal. You know those little door dings that cost like 200 dollars or so to take out? We take those out without having to repaint the car for 75-100 dollars, and it takes 30 minutes to an hour. We do hail dents and those types of things. Anyways, Im saying if I did start working it wouldn't be a 5.15 an hour dead end job. I dont think my dad will let me anyways.

Any advice is welcome...

Thanks guys.

as for what you want to do....

i had no idea what i wanted to do either when i was in high school. Hell, i didn't even want to go to college... but basically, it was have the parents pay for college, or i move out. so i went. i'm glad i did. i developed so much as a person at school- not just smarts, but i really turned into an adult up there... the experiences can't be duplicated..... not even by commuting to a local school.

I say go to school... go in undeclared and see what you like.

What ever you do don't drop out of school, finish school and don't be a fuckass and drop out, that is a temporary solution to a LIFE LONG PROBLEM. I am not saying that you can't be successful without schooling but the chances are much much greater with an education. Plus then you qualify for better paying occupations.

I say, finish school, enroll in college and be a server, shit they make 100 cash a night at a decent restaurant, and it's cash money -- no paycheck man. It is a very good job for unqualified people. Also bartending is good.

good luck and please do yourself a favor and finish school, dropping out doesn't say much about yourself man.
