i work at a book distribution warehouse. i walk (prolly a few miles a day) in a warehouse and pick books off of shelves according to what the customer wants. when i come home, i am hella tired and dont feel like walking any damn place..much less leave my room...LOL.

I'm a lot tech at a Honda dealership. 10% over wholesale invoice on parts ownz joo. 
on a lighter note, the BEST job i ever had was when i was 16 and working @ Chateau liquor in torrance (anza and sepulveda) the old chineese guy who owned the place let me jack free beer, cigs, dip and porn mags to my little hearts content.
plus i got paid 5.00 an hour!!!!! which was ALOT of money way back in 1991.
and i also got to feed his 3 1/2 foot long arrowana live mice and fish. that was dope.
i miss my old buddy Dave. good lookin out wherever u are homie.

Well, yesterday i would have said working at Dodge as a mechanic on commission with nothing to work on and receiving a $75 check for a 40 hour week; but i am in too good of a mood because I got a new job selling cell phone services, cable modem services, etc. making $40K a year. Better than the $4K i was making.

i have the opposite of the worse job:
I valet cars for a five star resturant/hotel
%90 of the money i make is tax-free, i only work 15 hrs/week and can take off whenever i like.
I get to drive every car under the sun. I get hookups on gormet food, and drugs/merch from the shady kitchen staff ( I had a guy from the kitchen rig my new cd player w/ razor blades under the deck because "he hates it when people do that shit" and i've had 4 cd players stolen now so hopefully, if they try to take this one it will be the last time )
we get an average of $5-$10 tip per car, per trip, plus $3.80/hr
in addition to the customers who park we get tipped out by cabs, limos, cops, and hookers.
we get to ambush/heckle pavaratsi, and media types bugging patrons.
Its pretty much a playground, all i have to do is show up, look nice, and kiss ass.

My job is pretty plush. I manage Tennis Traders, a big tennis warehouse. We have a bunch of retail stores and we are now online. So I sit on my ass all day, running credit cards, telling my employees what to do !!! I didn't make the website so don't hate on me, but I make a good $3K/Month + Bonus !!!

i remember back in high school we used to go over there and he would never ID us for anything. he would just ask us how old we were and if we said 21 then he would sell it to us even if we looked 16 or 17.
it almost brings a tear to my eye just thinking about thatr place again. ^_^

if you ever think your job sux, go to the drug store and look at the johnson & johnson brand enemas. buy one and take it home with you. open the box and read the paper/ instructions that come inside. on the bottom or back of the paper, the company states "All Johnson & Johnson products are individually tested for best quality"

I got a job kinda like that but a little less cash. I get 5.50 + tips. Tips normally are about 9-10 an hour so I make $15 an hour for washing golf clubs/carts BSing with members and best of all, drifting golf carts. Only bad part about my job is having to pick up the golf balls from the driving range

im 27, i started working as an electrician for the city (nepotism 0wnz)
when i was 21. My back is completely shot from lifting the
pulling gear, 150# wire reels, and what not.
back when i was working i was 6'3 (still am now haha) and 210# (i lost some weight since i quit)
top pyhsical condition. 4 years later i had to go on disability for a while due to the fact my back got comepletely fucked
up from working that shit.
unless you are working some cush job installing lights for poor housewives, do you self and your back a favor and
find something else to do. yes the money is good. yes you are in the outdoors and in the sunshine. but look @ every older
electrician who has worked heavy manual labor in his lifetime and listen to their health problems.
1) asbestos. depending on where you are working....this is a MAJOR concern.
2) lead in the paint of older houses/buildings....so ur drilling some test holes, and get some paint chips on your clothes. no biggie right? you go home (assuming u will or do have kids) and your kids run up to you and yell DADDY DADDY, and hug you.....lead in paint transfers from your clothes to their young immature systems and can potentially cause prolbems.
3) like crawling? lol 'nuff said. its always nice to be greeted by a dead decaying cat right @ 6am when you are crawling under a building first thing in the morning.
4) conduit? fun stuff.
ok, thats all i can think of right now.....im getting pissed as i write this post from remembering all the bullshit i went through
sorry, im just jaded from my old job, thats why i quit it to go back to school.
