Who's engines should I trust?

I have a 94 Civic cx and I will do a b18c swap. Do you know who sells lemon engines and who doesn't: sellers on ebay, osakajdmmotors.com, hmotorsonline.com? Any other reputable places? Anyone I should stay away from? I'm skeptical about the low mileage jdm engines.

-excellent service and shipping
-the motor has been perfect for me for the last year and 10k miles
-Hmotors is a little bit more but worth it
