The tank would be the US, having enough nukes to completely level north korea 1000 times over.

The kid with the firecracker is N. Korea. Yeah, its cool and it goes boom, but he can't throw it far enough to do any damage to the tank, and if he tries, he is fucking toast.

north korea does not have a, nor will they in the near future, a nuke sufficiently miniaturized to arm a missile. As of right now all they have are bombs. Miniaturization is the truly difficult proposition in nuclear warfare
