I highly doubt it, Plus the shit back then wasn't as potent as it is now, probably smells like mulch.
 
How much would it suck to be the guy who bought that van 30 years later, got pulled over, and had the cops find all that pot? lol...
 
as dried out rotted and flat out shitty as im sure that weed is i dont think it would be too hard to convince anyone that it wasnt yours
that "weed" wouldnt even make good garden mulch
