not cat , but it has a resonator!!! I now it will be a bit loud , but i cant take it ..Ive driven the car once on da highway since i got it last week and a HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
You realize that the first one is a full exhaust system, and the second one is just a muffler right?

I'd say go with the first one, that will probably give you the best sound since it's a full exhaust. Also, I don't know what you have in place of the cat, but if it's just a straight pipe, I'd suggest replacing it with a resonated test pipe, or a Magnaflow cat converter. Aside from doing it's whole anti-pollution thing, the cat also acts as a resonator/muffler, so not having one could be part of your problem as well.
