will 1990 SI seats and headlights fit on an 89 crx.

    hey guys i have SI seats in my 90-91 crx but a customer wants to know if they will fit in his 89 crx? also will the headlights fit on his 89 crx? thanks.

    No, they will NOT.

    They are actually very different. Seats may, but I have no personal experience. Lights definately won't.

    i'm not sure if the seats will due to the seatbelt? i may be wrong.

    The seat belt bracket is easy to swap over - the DADs used the 91 on-seat buckle without a problem. They are pre-drilled. And only 1988 has different seatbelts, as far as the floor mount is concerned.

    i got a 89 hatch with 90 head lights and corners i had to change the fenders to make them work

    Thats kinda backwards isnt it? change the fenders to make a $15 part fit correctly? lol.

    Actually you can use the lights. The only difference is the corner lights. It all depends on what you are working with. The lenses them selves are the same, the mounting brackets are different.

    88-89 use slide in corners with 2 screws on the sides
    90-91 use slide in corners with 1 screw under the hood

    Theres no difference between the fenders except the screw holes for the different years.

    the 88 91 mounts with 2 screws on the outside the 90-91uses one on the in side makes for a cleaner look

    all you have to do is switch the braket over thats on the back of the lights.. spray them with wd40 and go to town, takes bout 20 mins
