Will a 4-1 fit a gsr da swap?

Ive heard of some problems fitting a 4-1 header on a gsr swapped DA, the problem being some cross member rub....any input??
 
I had to notch about 3 inches forward and 5 inches wide out! rewelded some solid plates back in. sprayed it black and looks decent...im actually selling it because I need more room for my turbo set-up so im buying a traction bar!
 
F#ck'in A!!!! Im trying to install a DC ceramic 4-1 before I dyno But holy sh#t I really dont have the tools for that is there any 4-1 that will work at all?? Im trying to stay clear of 4-2-1 with hopes of opening up my top end are there ANY decent headers I can opt for with out custom fab???
 
JVT makes a 4-1 are they any different? also is it possible to make an ls header fit? what about a b17 header?...if theyre not the same..
