Will a P2P(I think its P2P) ECU out of a 98 civic work with a d15b engine?

I have a 98 civic with stock ecu and a JDM D15b powerplant. I am having a lot of problems with idle, rev, missfire and about 13 codes firing off on the scantool...Is there anything i can do to fix it? without getting a different ecu seeing how i live in NC and i have to do the emissions thing because of OBD2.

I can't remember i'd have to right them down, its definately something with the o2 sensors( its obd2 so it has 2, the idle sensor, knock sensor and of course misfire on all 4 cylinders i'm pretty sure the motor is out of time...I'll get back to you on this thread with the code numbers tomorrow
