Will these rims work?

I still have my stock 13" x 4.5" steel rims on my Civic CX but I know someone who has a set of rims he just took off his car that are 16 X 7's. They are a set of aftermarket rims he had on an older 5.0 mustang. Will these work and if so what size of tire am I looking at. My current tires are 175/70/R13. I am in desperate need of new tires and I would like to upgrade my wheels if Im going to be buying new tires.

I'm thinking they have different lug patterns, all signs point to no

I know they are 4 lug rims...are you saying probably not 4x100? Oh well..looks Im stuck with my 13" rims for now.

Don't know too much about stangs.. if they are 4x100 they will fit

older mustangs are 4x108 so nope.. almost got a set of stock full face polished wheels. but found out they were 4x108..
