Will Type R Springs Fit A Stock Gsr ?

Hi, I have a 95 integra gsr and was wondering if 97 type r springs will fit my car. It is stock, i just wanted it to be a little lower and a little bit stiffer. Please let me know if this will work, THANKS!
 
it really won't lower you much... and it really sn't tat much stiffer.
its a lot of hassel for next to no gain
