wipers issues

My wipers dont work. I check fuse, felay, wires, motor, linkage and switch. Anywhere I may have missed. Oh yeah I check grounds and power and all works.

hes checked every component of the system...its prolly a bad motor..
does it make any noise when you turn em on?
