will a d15 wire harness fit up to a d16 motor and what chip would be the best one for the ecu ??
 
What do you mean when you say chip? Are you thinking of chipping an ECU so you can tune it, or just soldering in a pre-tuned ECU chip?
 
the harness will work depending on what manifold you have. If its a DPFI the harness will not work but if its a MPFI the harness should plug right up as for a chip look around at your local tuner shops that have a good rep to see if they can get you a good deal on a REAL chip.
