wiring harness conversion

i was able to buy an uncut wiring harness for $20 because i need vtec wires...however..i go to match it up and its for a right hand drive car..is there anyway to convert?..looks impossible but worth a shot...if not neone want to buy it ?

make the wires longer- it's not impossible, but it depends how comfortable you are with wiring and whatnot- IMO might be easier to just get the USDM one- btw what car is it for? i might need it for a few plugs and shit
