Wiring issues

I threw a b18b into my 98 civic and now the more difficult area. wiring. anyways on my old motor D16Y8 the alt had a 3pin plug, on the b18 it has 4 wires, what wires do I connect up? My second question is tryin to do the dizzy, ive got a sheet where it shows all the wires and where to go with em except 2, a org and a grn wire suppose to connecto to a yel and another grn one but I do not have the org or grn on the OBD1 harness, anyone got a clue which they connect to?

Best way to do it is to use a OBD2 Harness on the engine with OBD2 Parts such as dizzy, injectors, alternator, etc etc...
