How must a JDM B16A2 be wired to fit in a left side drive 1999 Honda Civic Ex? What parts must be moved around to swap the engine?

nothing needs to be moved around... Just use the mounts from a 99-00 Si. You might not even have to use the Si mounts, maybe someone can clarify more.
