Wiring problems

So Im about to finish up my OBD 1 B18b1 swap into my OBD2a 1997 Honda Civic DX. My major problem now is that the wiring harness seems to have to many plugs and not enough places to plug them in. So I was wondering if it would be pretty easy to just put OBD1 engine harness in it and not have to deal with the hassle of cuting and resodering shit. Any help would be great. Thanx in advance.

i have ls in my 92 hatch and i have an extra plug as well. Mine runs just fine. See if it starts then get back to us.

what plug is extra ??? where is it can you take a picture give us a clue here of what your talking about

stick with the cars wire harness if not it will get messy and get a obd2 to obd1 converstion and run an obd1 ecu if not you will have a check engine light and it will not go away no matter what
