ive heard that all 92 civics were pre wired for vtec right from the factory. but this statement makes me think other wise. i have a 93 dx and i want to know if im already wired and just need to hook it up. and if i need to add wires which part of 92b16vx's write up would change?

Early 93's are, later ones I believe may not be depending (the only 93 manual I have is a Chiltons, and it says they are). In order to find out, get a manual and find the locations in the canon plug, if there is no wire it isn't pre wired, if there is, it is. I don't have any of my manuals here, so I can't find it for you 100% at the moment.

Either one, as long as it shows the canon plugs and has a schematic of what wires are pinned where in the plugs, which they both do.
