Wiring ???

i hope this is the right place to put this... i suppose it could be in the swap area... but when looking at the harness plugs for the wires... the one on my 90 integra are round plugs, and the ones from the 92 JDM XSi motor are square(ish)

how am i supposed to connect them together doing my swap???

different year motors...
u have an OBD1 motor and an OBD0 car...
you now have two choices...
convert the car to OBD1 to match the motor...
or
convert the motor to OBD0 to match the car....
i would convert the motor to OBD0 myself... however, others will have different opinions.
to do this, you'll need an OBD0 pr3 or pw0 ecu... OBD0 distributor... and i believe you can use your engine harness. and add all necessary wires for the vtec system.

i know about all the obd stuff. i was wondering maybe if i could find a pinout and just make it go together somehow... i'm sure i can make it work.

we have the obd0 to obd1 conversion, it's just that i don't know how it all works out in the end... thank god the engine isn't actually in yet....

if your motor came with the wire harness, id suggest going to obd1 all the way.

if not, you're going to have to hack some plug ends onto the obd0 harness.
